Senior Research Strategist
With over ten years’ experience as a researcher, Dan champions the design and application of online qualitative insight and engagement techniques. Specialising in research communities, he has worked with a range of customers, from electronic product users for Philips and busy mums for Asda, to oral healthcare specialists for Colgate. Along the way he has worked with leading consumer brands including Virgin, Unilever, LinkedIn and Sony among others.
As part of our in-house research team, John uses his expertise in new product development, technology and hard-to-reach groups to advise Dub customers during their projects.
Agile Product Owner
Clara’s clear design thinking and strong Product Owner experience is a real asset to Dub. With her, she brings a rare mix of an IT background and a skillset routed in design, plus the energy to drive forward Dub’s growing tech team.
Consultant Chief Technology Officer
Nathan looks after the health and compliance of our technology, working tirelessly to keep the development team on-track and at the forefront of trends and operations. His experience in negotiating contracts, managing with external technology partners and overseeing large private and government projects for the likes of GDS, Capita and Dr. Foster helps us further our vision and meet our ambitious goals.
Jono works on our back-end development team with a keen eye on emerging technologies to keep us a step ahead.
Marie-Claude uses her years of experience in qualitative research to help Dub’s clients to find creative, sound and exciting ways of using online (and offline) research to deliver great insights.
Strategy & Innovation Director
Rhiannon has a passion for new technologies and creativity with a track record of successful development and implementation of brand, experience and organisation strategies. Rhiannon has delivered a mix of revenue generating and internally focused projects and programmes at a regional, national and international level for agencies such as SapientNitro, organisations including D&AD and DfES and for a wide range of FMCG and finance clients.
Terri provides support, training, guidance and inspiration to our clients in North America. Nine years of marketing experience, including time spent working with companies like J.D. Power, Harris Interactive and Synovate help Terri provide customer service of the highest calibre. She works throughout client projects, finding the most effective ways to use our technology to engage consumers in research and creating engaging experiences for.
As Dub’s Finance Manager, Amy keeps the numbers in check. She’s a fully-qualified chartered accountant and responsible for the financial health and well-being of the business, working closely with our founder, Stephen.
Sam Van Bussel
UI / UX Designer
Sam wears many hats at Dub, taking on the roles of Digital Designer, Digital Product Designer and UI/UX Designer. He ensures that Dub not only looks great but that every user’s journey is as enjoyable as it is insightful.
Lewis is one of our agile team of developers, working on new technology and new features, whilst also looking after any short-term website development needs that Dub has.

Scott supports our North American customers and if you’re that side of the Atlantic, he may be your first contact with Dub. He’s here to make sure you get off to the best possible start, with technical advice and in-depth knowledge of the sector.
Key Account Manager
Roberto works directly with Dub’s customers and end-users to ensure they have a good experience on and offline in the world of online qual and research communities. Roberto is great at speedily understanding a client’s aims and objectives, and their long-term strategy in order to derive a solution and scope of work. He does this in bucket loads using excellent communication skills, empathy and openness.
Senior Research Consultant
Simona has 10+ years experience in providing online and offline market research project management + research consultation. She works with Dub’s US clients and ensures that they get the most from their communities.
Stephane keeps busy on everything related to our technology; from software development to data centre management. He has 10 years’ experience in the development of web and CRM software, enterprise resource planning and recruiting solutions in France and Japan, and leverages this worldly experience to help us solve technical innovation challenges.
Clarence is our front-end developer. He works with the team to scrutinise and refine Dub’s user experience one interaction at a time.
Alfredo works as a software engineer on the back-end development team. Open-minded about cutting-edge technologies, particularly on the web-environment spectrum, he helps to keep Dub at the forefront of the industry.
